KEEP IN TOUCH

Decide how you want to stay informed while you’re off and proactively share this with your manager or HR. Keep in touch days can also be a brilliant way to prepare for your return.

KNOW YOUR STUFF

Find out about your entitlements such as pay and leave etc. Getting the right information can be hard so allow yourself time to gather the relevant facts. If you can, talk to other parents either in or outside your company.
